Hardware review for video communications

18th August, 2020

We have recently created a guide to the various device options for supporting people affected by dementia through video calling. The review explores the variety of issues to consider in choosing a device for people with dementia, from ease of use and flexibility, to ergonomics and cost.

The review also in describes three different types of device, from the tablet computers, to video hubs, to devices designed specifically for the care market.

We welcome feedback, and suggestions relating to this subject, and are particularly interested to hear from people who have tried various devices to add to our insight section.

You can read the guide here.
